Re-claiming a healthy relationship with loss.
Grief companions create a safe refuge for the bereaved and the broken-hearted, helping you reconcile your loss and find renewed meaning.
Feel Hope Amidst Your Pain
Grief Unleashed offers a holistic approach to life in transition. We believe that grief is a normal and involuntary response to loss. We believe grief should be humanized, not pathologized. We believe that your grief matters.
Death is not the opposite of life … death is the opposite of being born. Living is what we do in between.
When someone, or something we have deeply become attached to is lost, our natural response is to grieve. But too often we are shamed into silence and encouraged to become stoic … acting as if what just happened, didn’t matter. Our culture’s penchant towards toxic positivity falsely rewards silencing our grief. Bereavement theory invites us to express our grief so that we can metabolize it, and in so doing, begin our journey towards reconciliation.
We challenge the conventional and outdated mindsets that keep us stuck and offer a new way of being that invites us to explore our losses from a place of deep compassion, humility and grace. Consider Grief Unleashed as an invitation to hold death and loss, differently.

“Dina, just thanks for helping me. The light shone through just a crack and with that light a bit of happiness, something that had been missing for a long time. I have promised myself to be kinder and gentler to myself and to listen, hear others grief. There is so much grief in my world of sports. There is so much work still to be done.”
